Delivery

LOCAL ORDERS
We will deliver to any address in Jersey; unfortunately we can no longer deliver free of charge due to high fuel costs and it not being cost effective to deliver a £10 item out to St Ouen! We do deliver free of charge within Grouville however! We now ask that you collect hampers etc from us but if you would prefer delivery we will do this at a charge, based on value of the item (the higher the item(s) value, the lower the % delivery charge)

Please specify where you would like delivery, giving specific details if the address is hard to find, and where you want the item left if there will be no-one at home.

We are unable to guarantee a delivery time, but will try our best to specify morning or afternoon if that is what you would like.

ONLINE ORDERS

These are delivered by Royal Mail direct to your door in our custom made boxes. Please advise us if you would like the package left somewhere if no one is able to come to the door. There is a box on the online order page for you to fill in details that will be printed onto the address label for the postman.
We cannot accept responsibility for non delivery; it will be worth checking with your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. Please let us know if you do not receive your package and we will take it up with the Royal Mail.
